Professional Experience 

Throughout his career, Ismail Unal Dogan has represented national and international clients in all areas of competition law. He worked on complex cases relating to competition and civil law, represented clients before local courts, higher courts and administrative bodies. He has led cases regarding cancellation of Competition Board decisions as well as cases for seeking damages due to such decisions.

Ismail Unal Dogan has represented clients in a wide variety of sectors, including FMCG, technology, energy, automotive, construction and telecommunication. He has assisted clients with respect to negative clearance applications regarding M&A deals, conducted compliance trainings and precautionary audits and helped building compliance structures for clients’ businesses.

As a trademark and patent representative registered with the Turkish Trademark and Patent Institute, Ismail Unal Dogan also assists clients in all sorts of IP related legal matters and represents them before the Turkish Trademark and Patent Institute as well as Turkish courts.
