Professional Experience 

Aysin Obruk has represented major investors from both Turkey and abroad before Turkish courts, especially investors from U.S.A. and Europe, she provided services regarding legal disputes and prohibition of risks before conflicts for local and multinational clients, among others, in pharmaceutical, textile and fuel sectors and, in labor law related matters, she represented both employers and employees before authorized institutions. She provided legal support to her clients in a wide range of areas including commercial law, obligations law and consumer law, drafted contracts for commercial activities of clients in Turkey for daily matters and complex cooperations and assisted clients with specific investment procedures in Turkey.

Aysin Obruk has extensive experience in dealing with public bodies for following-up official procedures required for clients’ businesses. She is a trademark attorney, registered on Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, since 2005. She is a registered mediator to serve in voluntary and compulsory mediation processes.
